- Salary: 1300 EUR according to the experience

Main responsibilities
- Main tasks delivered in English and Spanish
- Ensuring proper entries in data tools (responsible for data quality in systems)
- Monitoring processes and reminding of pending tasks and deadlines
- Preparing travel documentation and presentations for client visits and events based on request
- Establishing & maintaining strong collaboration with client facing staff
- Web site researches
- Daily use of MS Word, Excel and Power point
- *Tax for Slava 7 – 0.00*
Изисквания
- 1-2 years of experience - Economic/admin background is advantage
- English fluent Spanish fluent (both written and spoken)
- MS office package ( Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Reliable and self-reliant task manager
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer focus and service orientation
- Ability to cope with changes in tasks and priorities
